Hello! My name is Vanessa Grijalva, and I’m a real estate agent with a strong background in managing smooth, efficient transactions. With nearly three years of experience as an independent transaction coordinator, I’ve developed a deep understanding of the real estate process—something I now bring to every client I serve as their agent.

Before stepping into the world of real estate, I served as a Correctional Officer for three years. That experience taught me discipline, resilience, and how to handle high-pressure situations, all of which help me advocate for my clients. My fiancé, who also works in the real estate industry, inspired me to make the change over to this field.

Outside of work, I’m a proud mom of two amazing kids: a sweet and imaginative 3 year old son, and a compassionate, energetic 13 year old daughter. They’re my biggest motivation and daily reminder of why I strive for excellence in everything I do.

My ultimate goal is to ensure every client feels supported and has a seamless, stress-free experience. I’m driven, quick to learn, and passionate about providing exceptional service in every aspect of real estate.
